We generally use DHL to courier goods to you. Some places we may have to use other companies. No matter, we’ll find a way to get your treasure to you and delivery cost is on us.
Terms
Warranty, returns and exchanges, privacy policy
Before we ship your treasure we check it thoroughly. It goes into its hard case and
that’s that. It’s sealed by the courier and should this seal have been opened prior
to getting to you, we recommend that you immediately check your treasure. If you’re
unhappy with what you find due to the treasure being damaged in any way because of
transit, email us immediately. We’ll send you a return address and replace immediately.
The Trouble With Jewellery:We are a small business. We make beautiful things and
take pride in our work and reputation. Jewellery is by its nature delicate. If you’re
rough with your urchin we will be saddened by any damage but cannot be held responsible
for your irresponsibility. If something goes wrong that’s unforeseen, please contact
us and we’ll look at what can be done. We only send out new urchins. We don’t exchange
and we don’t refund.
We cannot be sure if the goods sent out would have been worn
or not, if they’re returned. And as each person who gets an urchin tends to treasure
the piece we feel it’s only fair that everyone knows they’re getting an Original
African Urchin. So please choose wisely before ordering. Remember, no two can be
the same so please don’t covert your neighbour’s urchin and then order your own and
be disappointed because it is not your neighbour’s urchin. That one is a once-

We never share or sell your information to any third party. Your details are only
used to contact you about your order. Transactions are processed using industry standard
encryption and Credit Card information is
never stored.
Warranty
Crafting defects are rare. If they should occur and we’ve missed them in quality control, you’ll see them immediately. Don’t hesitate, don’t wear the treasure however much you’d like to, contact us immediately in order to return it. Once we confirm the issue we will replace immediately.
